Bo’s Coffee collaborates with the Barista & Coffee Academy of Asia for its first Philippine Coffee Ambassador Training Course

This is a series of Philippine Coffee Ambassador training sessions aimed at building our affinity and pride for Philippine Coffee Origins.

With its vision to be a global Filipino coffee company, Bo’s Coffee continuously equips its team with learning programs that elevate customer experience with well-executed coffee beverages focused on Philippine Coffee. The Philippines’ homegrown brew baristas undergo continued learning that develop their expertise and strengthen their credibility as Coffee Masters, the Bo’s Coffee standard.

Part of the company’s culture has always been to create opportunities and growth for its team members, and this training allows its baristas to take the leap and be well on their way to becoming Philippine Coffee Ambassadors or Philippine Coffee Masters. This is just one of the programs that Bo’s Coffee has been consistently giving a push to aid in fulfillment of its purpose as a truly Filipino global coffee brand.

The Philippine Coffee Ambassador Program is comprised of 4 training sessions that include both virtual lectures about coffee and hands-on coffee brewing and barista skills development classes.

A Curious Guide to Coffee 

In collaboration with the Barista and Coffee Academy of Asia (BCAA) last February 18, 2022, the first batch attended by Bo’s Coffee Beverage and Coffee experts, Training Team and select Store Leaders took part in diving into the extraordinary world of coffee from farm to cup, highlighting the best of Philippine Coffee Origins.

Brewing Lectures and Hands-on Class

Last February 24, 2022, Bo’s Coffee team also attended a hands-on session about the definitive guide to coffee crafting and coffee brewing in the Training Facility of BCAA. Three more sessions will complete the full course which will be conducted by the country’s most experienced and respected coffee professionals.
